What is your Rubber Stone warranty?
WARRANTY: (New Rubber Stone Installations Only) The warranty covers any defects due to workmanship and/or inferior materials for a period of 1 year. Warranty also covers cracking and delaminating edges for a period of 10 years. Warranty does not cover shifting or settling of the substrate. Rubber Stone Saskatoon will not be responsible for damage after the installation has been completed and the area has been marked off-limits (including, but not limited to, damage caused by animals, humans, or unexpected circumstances). Repairs of such damage will be surcharged. Re-coats are not covered under warranty. Warranty is non-transferable. Warranty will be void unless proper maintenance is adhered to as described below using only Rubber Stone products.
What is your Vuba warranty?

How is it installed?
The colours and binding agent are mixed on site. Then, the mix is hand troweled down onto the existing surface.
How long does it take to cure?
It takes 24 hours of curing time to be able to walk on it. It takes 72 hours of curing time to be able to drive on it.
Is this waterproof?
It is a porous product, so it is not waterproof. It does help with immediate water runoff, but water will seep through if there is continuous rainfall or sitting water.
How thick do you install your product?
We typically install at 3/8 of an inch for a tightly packed installation. We can go thicker if your project requires more fill in certain areas.
How does it perform in the winter?
Rubber Stone is excellent to shovel snow off of. Because of the rubber granules, it is also very slip resistant. We use a polyurethane based binding agent in our installation process which allows our product to flex with the shifting substrate.
How long does installation take?
Most jobs only take a day to complete.
Why choose this product instead of installing new concrete?
There are no demolition costs, you can customize colors, performs better in the winter, is more time efficient, and uses a recycled product.
How should you clean the surface?
Vuba Stone and Rubber Stone surfaces can be power washed. It is recommended to hold the wand at a 90-degree angle at least 6 inches from the surface. Clean any oil spills immediately to avoid any stains to the surface.
Is there a difference between rubber stone products and those of other rubber paving companies?
The largest difference between our product and those of other rubber paving companies is the quality of our colored rubber. We use the highest-grade EPDM colored rubber and don’t paint our rubber chips. This ensures your rubber surface will stay true to color and look great longer.
